Strict Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Guests who cancel 7–30 days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable.

All payments become non-refundable within the stated cancellation window.

No refunds are provided for:

• Late arrivals
• Early departures
• No-shows
• Weather conditions
• Travel disruptions

Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance.
