House rules
USE AND ENJOYMENT OF COTTAGE AND PROPERTY
Use of Premises: Renters will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules regarding the use of the premises. Renters will comply with all Owner rules:
1. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outside, and all butts will be gathered in the provided bins.
2. Pets: There will be a maximum of 2 dogs on the premises.
3. Occupancy: At no time, shall the occupancy of the Cottage exceed 10 persons unless approved by Owner prior to check-in date.
4. Quiet Enjoyment: Renters shall be entitled to quiet enjoyment of the cottage. Any disturbances resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate eviction with all the monies paid forfeited. In addition, should the owners or property managers be called to deal with any disturbances the renters will be charged $250 per incident. - Amplified sound, musical sound, sound equipment, loudspeaker or sound producing equipment operated in a such manner or with such volume to disturb the peace, quiet, comfort or repose of any individual – Prohibited at all times - Yelling, shouting, hooting or other boisterous activity – Prohibited between 11pm and 6am
5. Furnishings: The cottage is furnished by the Owners.
6. Owner will supply mattress covers, all Bedding, Linens, pillows for beds and towels
7. Renters must supply: Bottled water, own food and life jackets are the responsibility of the renters.
8. The following is included in the Rental Cottage: Microwave, Coffee Maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, Smart TV, board games, yard games.
9. Use of Grill: There is a BBQ provided by the Owner. The BBQ must stay in the area provided by the owner.
10. Locked Areas: Renters are not provided a key for the Owner’s personal storage spaces. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of the agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid and the Renters will be liable for any damage and/or missing items. Failure to adhere to these rules will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of the Rental and all monies paid will be forfeited.
